Shipping Costs:
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer expedited shipping options at this time.

Fulfillment and Shipping Process:
To ensure efficient delivery, our third-party fulfillment partners handle both the manufacturing and shipping of items to our customers. After you place your order and complete the payment online, we process the order and send it to one of our facilities for production and shipping. Our warehouses and production facilities are strategically located in the EU and U.S.A.

Production and Shipping Estimates:
During checkout, we provide estimates for both production and shipping times. These are estimates and not guarantees. The production process typically takes 5-7 business days, and shipping times can vary depending on the destination, generally taking 8-10 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes:
For orders delivered outside of the USA and EU, please be aware that there may be import duties and local taxes levied by customs. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. We have no control over customs charges or exchange rates.

Tracking Your Order:
To help you stay informed about your package's progress, we will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey. In the event that you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us at chromaflowactive@icloud.com.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Chromaflow Active, we take pride in creating each item in our collection with utmost care and attention to detail, custom-made exclusively for you once you place your order. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality products, we offer returns only for faulty or damaged goods. Please review our size guides for each item before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 15 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, any errors on our part will be rectified at our expense.

Late Claims:
We kindly request that you submit your claim within the specified 15-day period. Unfortunately, claims received after this time frame cannot be processed for a refund or exchange.

Wrong Address:
In the event that you or your end customer provides an insufficient address to the courier, resulting in a return to our facility, reshipment costs will be your responsibility. We will work with you to confirm an updated address for reshipment (as applicable).

Returns Procedure:
For all returns, please obtain prior authorization by emailing chromaflowactive@icloud.com with your order number. We must receive the returned products within 15 days from the date of your receipt. To qualify for a return, the products must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact. Damaged, worn, or altered items may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.

Refunds and Shipping Costs:
Should you choose a refund or exchange, please be aware that you will need to cover the return shipping costs. This includes any associated taxes or fees, which will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. We endeavor to process returns within 5-10 business days.

Refund Approval and Processing:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Lost & Damaged Packages:
In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your item. However, please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items marked as delivered.
